SelectCare of Texas offers Medicare Advantage health plans in both our Greater Houston and Golden Triangle service areas:

Greater Houston offers: TexanPlus, TexanSelect, TexanStar, TexanPremier all powered by CCRx includes Medicare Part D prescription coverage. And TexanValue and TexanPremier offers a Part B Premium reduction. (see below)

Golden Triangle offers: TexanPlus, TexanSelect and TexanStar all powered by CCRx includes Medicare Part D prescription coverage. And TexanValue offer a Part B Premium reduction. (see below)
